Identity Data: Your name, surname, ID number, passport number, place and date of birth, marital status, gender, and other identity information obtained through the ID card or similar identity documents you provide.Β
Contact Data: Address, phone number, email address, and other contact information.Β

Health Data: Laboratory and imaging results, test results, examination data, prescription information, and other health and sexual life data obtained during the provision of medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services, as well as the responses and comments you share to evaluate our services.Β
Digital Data: Camera recordings taken during your visits to our hospitals, and audio recordings of your calls with our call center.Β
Other: Data related to your private health insurance and Social Security Institution for financing and planning health services, browsing information, IP address, browser details, and other data such as medical documents, surveys, forms, and location data that you voluntarily share with us during your use of our website and mobile application.Β

- Taking all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the data security of your hospital systems and applications by the Hospital Management and Information Systems departments,Β
- Participation in campaigns and the provision of campaign information, designing and delivering special content, tangible and intangible benefits on web and mobile channels by the Marketing, Media, and Communication, Call Center departments,Β
- The Hospital Management, Patient Rights, and Patient Experience departments measured, enhanced, and researched patient satisfaction.Β
We inform you that the personal data and special category personal data mentioned above may be stored in physical and electronic archives within Dente Dental Studio and external service providers with utmost care and compliance with legislative provisions.Β

We inform you that your personal data is collected and processed by Dente Dental Studio through all kinds of verbal, written, visual, or electronic means for the above-mentioned purposes and in line with the activities of Dente Dental Studio, within the framework of legal boundaries, to fully and properly fulfill the contractual and legal obligations of Dente Dental Studio.Β
